About Therapy

How I Work​

Counselling is a collaborative process, that you and I will undertake together.
I believe very much in the importance of working to support you as fully as I am able with any difficulties you may be experiencing. I offer a non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

As a relational Integrative Counsellor, I will tailor our work to best support your individual needs. With regards to the length and duration of your therapy, this depends on your specific needs when you commence counselling.

My belief is that the therapeutic relationship can be extremely healing as it is unlike any other relationship. By offering and maintaining a space where you can really feel supported as you explore, without judgement, that which you may feel unable to explore elsewhere.

We would begin with an initial free 30 minute consultation to talk through what you would you are hoping to gain fron counselling and to see if you feel we could work together.
